I finally got in contact with them just recently and they shipped my original order within less than a week. Copy everything from your original order, the website you originally did it on, and send it to them directly on their website. Blame all those kickstarter sites having crap end to end communications channels. And no one over there keeping them up to date/reminding them of past orders. Their new system/site works beautifully though.
