I got an M10 barely rode it,
Been sitting in my apartment, it won’t charge?
battery is DEAD, how Can a scooter that’s only been used a handful of times be dead?
it’s supposed to go for hundreds of miles before replacement!!!
. I’m really upset and angry that I was sold this piece of garbage.
I should’ve read the one star reviews as well.
because it seems that a lot of people have issues with the battery, they offered me $10 off a battery Scooters the scooter is about $300 now, and they want like $250 for the battery that’s insane cheaper to buy a new scooter
Is there a reset button somewhere on the scooter?
because I cannot believe that a scooter battery doesn’t even last 30 miles without dying?
on top of that the brakes would skid, the kickstand fell off and despite trying to put it back multiple times, only one screw would stay in.
I guess the design where the kickstand is very poorly placed the kickstand just falls off waste of time. I’m pretty disappointed in this Scooter.
I told so many people about it,
to buy it.
I feel embarrassed I opened the bottom,
unlike other batteries, you can usually see the battery itself and maybe try to reset it or put in a new fuse or whatever but this is enclosed!
I don’t know what to do.
I’m definitely not paying $250 for another battery. I’ve seen them on AliExpress for way less!
I think the Scooter cost me about $450 last year. It was kind of awkward to ride at first as most have a button, this one has a metal lever.
When it did run, the speed was about 20 miles an hour which was good for me. now when I try to turn it on, it makes a tiny beep and turns itself off a millisecond later the customer service is terrible.
They don’t care,
it’s a Chinese Scooter what do you expect?
Now I’m stuck with this scooter, that I really did like when it did operate.
I don’t know what to do with it.
It seems to have no reset button if there is, I don’t know where it is located? there’s no way anyone should have to buy a new battery For almost the price of the scooter,
that’s disgusting.
I should never have gotten rid of my previous Scooter. It was in mint condition and had no issues whatsoever. It just went slightly slower. It was from a major company.
that is easy to get parts and fix and not have the hassle of this online company!
who seems to not really care about customers.
Wish I kept my previous scooter!
Don’t waste your money on this!!!

I wish I had reviewed the 1 star reviews before I made the order. I had experienced the same things as the other reviewers: battery failure, wire connection twisted or loose. Couldn’t reach out to support either through phone call or email. Very slow response. Treat customer as mechanic technician, asking us to do all kinds of testing, ask us to dissemble and replace control board (even though there are warning label on the scooter clearly states that non-professionals should not attempt to repair/modify the scooter ). Asking us to fix it at a local shop (would that disqualifies product warranty?) When they finally agreed to return and fixing the problem, three weeks later we received the email with return label, asking us to package in a very special box that is hard to find. They also warned if I ship it in a larger box, then I had to pay for shipping myself. Enough is enough. This Is the worst experience I have ever had with such a stupid company. BTW, the scooter is cheaply built, it really not worth the price. It also has mechanic design problem ( wire too short that can be easily twisted and broken.)
