Hi I live in vanc B.C and I am having an absolutely terrible time with trying to find a new controller for my A-20 which I just love to ride it’s super versatile alot of fun .I’m now having to replace my controller due to the electrical components being located under the crank and with the front tire throwing mud and water all over it .it was doomed as none was waterproofed .

There’s no resolution if they don’t answer. I have a lot of questions I bought mine secondhand I need to know the length of the seat I need to know where I can buy new brake calipers and the diameter of the seat? I also need some new brake pads and new brake discs.

i also am having issues with customer service!! They are just dragging it out with no type of resolution ignoring all I have said pretty much. I recieved a bike with lots of issues and they could just send a newone out to replace this but I just keep getting the run around from them.

I’m more concerned with the weight. If you can handle a 70 to 75 pound bike, then you should be fine. Other than that, it’s a great bike for the price. Rides and handles well.
