Great light folder list, Ricky. If a 24-lb bike is on it, then I'd also include a couple of other, lighter bikes--the CHANGE 702 hybrid (23 lbs) and the CHANGE 611 rugged hybrid (23.1 lbs). As full-size folders, they don't fold down to airplane size like some others here, but are conveniently car trunk-sized. One is even ruggedness-certified to MTB standards (EN-14766), so you can jump it.

All comes down to what you're looking for in a bike.

My Helix is shipping to me in April. Just completed the checkout process. I hope it's everything the guys at Helix promise it to be. It certainly looks like the best folder ever made.

@Eric I hope you're very very happy with the Brompton. The resell quite well anyway, should you change your mind when you see them out and about.

Don't hold your breath on the Helix, what's it been now, 2 years since they were supposed to deliver to their Kickstarter funders? I almost jumped in, glad I bought a Brompton Superlight instead!

I bought a Dahon mu-sl in 2010, and have now cycled with my backpack load in 49 different countries. The bike is so fast and light and unfortunately I cannot find any bike quite like it today. Weight is only 8,5kg, so I carry it on flights without any extra charge. I have cycled with it All over the world, like China to Thailand, Zimbabwe, Europe and Central America and Camino de Santiago in France - Spain. My latest trip is a cycling tour in the golden circle in Russia, and I will start Moscow to St. Petersburg in a few days.
